Txomín Etxaníz 2015 Getaria Rosé (Getariako Txakolina)

This winery makes one of the better, more consistent white Txakolis, but this rosé is fruitless and smells of grass and green beans. A spritzy palate similarly tastes of beans and bell pepper, and the finish maintains that vegetal character.
