Method
- 1In saucepan , bring berries and water to a boil
- 2Lower heat , simmer 10 minutes
- 3Pour mixture through several thicknesses of cheesecloth , pressing pulp lightly with a spoon
- 4Measure juice into saucepan , adding 1 cup sugar for each cup of juice
- 5Bring to a boil again , stirring until sugar is dissolved
- 6Boil 2 minutes
- 7Skim off foam
