Method
- 1Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 2Add shiitake mushrooms and saut until tender , about 5 minutes
- 3Transfer mushrooms to medium bowl
- 4Melt remaining 3 tablespoons butter in same skillet
- 5Add shallots and garlic and saut until tender , about 2 minutes
- 6Add green beans and toss to coat with butter
- 7Pour broth over green bean mixture
