Method
- 1Saute the mushrooms and onions in half of the butter for 5 minutes over medium heat
- 2Mix the beef and chicken stock
- 3Add mushrooms and onions
- 4Add toasted sesame seeds and remaining butter
- 5Heat , stirring , until butter melts
- 6Add salt
- 7Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
- 8Cool slightly
- 9Stir in heavy cream
- 10Do not allow to boil
- 11Serve warm or cold , garnished with chives
- 12Add pepper as desired
